Two spacious resort-style pools and spa with cabanas and loungers, a fitness center with top-of-the-line equipment with cardio and strength equipment, and a club room and resident lounge for relaxing, working, or socializing.

Yes, Inova maintains designated non-smoking policies to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all residents.

The community offers controlled-access features by key fob entry points, well-lit common areas, and regular on-site team presence to promote a secure environment.

Packages are delivered to a designated secure package locker area within the community.

Most apartment at Inova includes a full-size, in-home washer and dryer.

Most apartments feature modern interiors with stainless steel appliances, granite stone-style countertops, stylish cabinetry, and updated fixtures that provide a sleek, contemporary look.

What types of floorplans are offered?

Inova offers a variety of spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans.

Do any units have private garages, balconies, or additional storage?

Select units offer attached or detached private garages, and many homes include private patios or balconies. Additional storage options may also be available. Private garages have 220V EV Charging capabilities for electrical vehicles.

How do I apply for an apartment at Inova?

Applications are available online through the community’s official website.

What are the income or credit requirements?

Standard rental qualifications apply, including income verification, credit review, and rental history checks. We require Market Rate prospects to gross 2.5 times the base rent as a household and 2 times the base rent for affordable.

How long does the application approval process take?

Applications are processed within 24–72 hours, depending on how quickly verification information is received.

Are co-signers or guarantors allowed?

Yes, co-signers or guarantors may be accepted based on application results.

What is the lease term length?

Standard lease options include 9-15 month lease terms.

Pet Policy

Are pets allowed at Inova Apartments?

Inova is a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs.

Up to two pets are allowed per apartment. Restrictions may apply based on unit size and community guidelines.

Is there a pet limit per apartment?

Breed restrictions for dogs are: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix thereof. The weight limit is 80lbs.

Are there any breed or weight restrictions?

Yes, there are 3 dog runs with a dog spa station.

Does the community have a pet area or dog park?
